That would be correct, but the Judge does say in his ruling how full of **** these parents are. Literally says they misread the memo and it does not in any way target parents excersising their legal first amendment rights.

Generally speaking, I’m sort of out on the whole “whistle blower” thing. So much to gain, so little to lose. Snowden is the exception.

Biggest difference is that the whistleblowers that reported on Trump were awarded where the whistleblowers going against Biden's FBI/DOJ will be punished. They're risking their jobs doing this so the chance of a lie is much less.
