As I've said I don't know 1000 times, exit polls in this election are garbage. They're always a tiny bit suspect, but this year they're worthless. If Trump had such large gains in black and hispanic voters, how did he lose PA, Georgia, Michigan, etc.?

You're wrong that Trump made those big gains. No one knows who did what because mail in and early voting skew any exit poll research.

What i find interesting si you picked those 2 but ignored San Diego which has a bigger non-Asian minority population than San Francisco. SF is about 88% White and Asian based on Census estimates. San Diego has that around 85% by that same estimate.

Here's what you're missing. Trump basically cannibalized Libertarian voters. Some moved to Biden sure, but the majority of Trump gains were from there. Not from poaching every non-college educated white vote.

So how did Biden win PA if Philly was a net loss for him if all they did was swing the swing states? Hmm, maybe Biden appealed to a larger base? Or the real answer, Hillary ran one of the worst campaigns in American history. She spent her time trying to make a statement victory campaign in states she thought she could flip like NC, and ignored Minnesota and Wisconsin. She visited NC more than PA, she visited Ohio more than Michigan. She made the bad assumption that she would carry those states, on rep and minimal effort while attempting to make it a knockout punch. Had she played a smarter campaign and sured up her votes in PA, Wisconsin and Michigan she wins the election. Biden didn't make the same mistakes Clinton did and spent tons of money suring up swing states. Ironically Biden didn't spend much money in Georgia, that effort goes to the ground game that Abrams has been building there. Unlike Clinton BIden basically let Ohio be, he spent money in NC but it wasn't the key, as he spent twice as much in PA and more in Michigan and unlike Clinton didn't ignore Wisconsin.

You can't fathom the world where more than half the country dislikes your wannabe dictator and Biden capitalized on that.

And yeah, Latinx is the simple solution. If you understood many languages and they genderize many world, aka Latina and Latino, so instead of saying both, the common practice is to include an x so you're covering both. And hispanic is a bit of a generalization to it's source, as someone from Spain which isn't in South America but not Brazil as they're not spanish speakers.
