yes, do you play dumb for fun? or is it cause you're just bored in your rural nothingness ?

yes, rules were changed to kill the filibuster to change pack the court with their judges on it

yes, i know you will wrongly claim reid did it but that isn't the case but i like that you will just repeat moscow mitch on that

in conclusion, they already do those things to make sure they win so, thanks for pointing that out. as i've said for a long time, democrats should fight like republicans

There's nothing better than modern day democrats.

4 years ago, the fillibuster saved democracy.

    Today, it kills democracy.

In 2023, it will be necessary to save democracy

And the idiots on this board will clap like monkeys as they always do

We have learned exactly what the Democrat party is and what their function is.

A cover so that the progressives can install their awful system for all America.

Hilarious hypocrisy, that will surely continue the next time we don’t have control of the Senate. Honestly, there should be an entire thread solely dedicated to which positions each party suddenly doesn’t support when it doesn’t fit their current argument. Off the top of my head, I can think of vaccines, criminal justice, the filibuster, SCOTUS nominees in a lame duck situation, the deficit, unemployment rates, executive power and somehow Russia.

The Senate Republican leader suggested Black voters aren’t really American

yesterday and yet it got a small fraction of coverage compared to Biden making

unclear statements during a news conference

because Republicans being awful is just taken for granted in American politics

I know it doesn't fit in with the race baiting identity politics of today, but has it occurred to anyone that Mitch may have intentionally said Americans because blacks vote at a similar rate to the country as a whole?

On Tuesday Rick Scott said he was “proud” to help secure “$1 billion for Everglades restoration.”

Senator Scott voted NO on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, which provided for this funding.

If you vote against funding for projects

You shouldn’t get funding for it

Much less be a hypocritical piece of living **** and campaign that you secured that funding while voting against it

Did it occur to you libs that he wanted the Everglades project but didn't want all of the wasteful nonsense from the infrastructure bill to come about?

You should have just stayed with tap50s answer instead of this unprincipled hogwash

Politics is the art of compromise.
Had Scott worked as an honest broker on the funding and gave a little then got a little
we wouldn't be having this conversation

Was certain they taught you this in Civics 101. 9th grade or so
Or was it the abstraction ( shiny thing) " southern heritage" (white grievance) they taught ?
