We lead the world in incarceration. We could defund police and schools 25% and get better efficiency if they prioritized right than we have now but choose to throw money at them continously and they just demand more.

I could apply for a job saying I have never worked a day in my life and get more than minimum wage. Those who do work for minimum wage are either under 18, stupid, a thief, lazy or retarded.
