No I haven't read it. And have no intention to read.

I thought you were bringing some substance to the accusations this time but am sadly not surprised

So RDS writes a book - that has zero criticisms of DJT - and this is proof that he is the sap who is falling into the trap of needlessly attacking Trump, who happens to be relentlessly attacking RDS every day including trying to have him removed as governor of the state

    Do I have that right?

You seriously don’t understand why mostly irrelevant boring politicians get book deals? The content of the book is not relevant to this conversation.

Please don’t tell me you’re that ignorant in this or just don’t want to admit the obvious.

RDS is mostly irrelevant? After COVID? He's boring?

    You serious?

No please tell me Steve Bannon told you. And about Ron Paul and Bernie sanders' books too. Clearly puppets of the system

So you’re going to pretend that book deals to politicians aren’t pay offs for future? That’s cool. We can just move in and agree to disagree.

Or you can google some articles about the book deal. Who is underwriting it. What their feelings of trump and MAGA are and then put two and two together.

That is just but a few of your dozens of posts talking about how important and consequential people in the country.

Now that Trump has ordered you to hate the man, he is irrelevant and boring.

    Sad to watch

I'm not denying that sometimes happens. I've asked you for some proof that this has happened and have so far been disappointed

I literally have no issues with desantis aside from his complete flip flop on Ukraine and lack of serious policy in this avenues. You’re not following the conversation at all and it’s disappointing.

Yes proof for things like this are always black and white to present on a politics forum. Why are you lacking seriousness here?

    IN the last page.

You said RDS fell into a trap of fighting with Trump (wtf?)

When I asked you for proof of that... you said he wrote a book that you didn't read

When I asked you why the book matters, you said because boring and irellevant politicians write books for payoffs.

When I showed you constant praise of how consequential RDS is... you said I'm not following the convo

I believe I'm following it just fine.

You make a crazy claim. I ask you to back it up. You change the subject. And during the process you insult me as being too naive and ignorant to understand

so you make an accusation that you cannot off proof of?

are you as upset with Trump for falling into the trap? He is relentlessly attacking RDS every day... did so again today. Demanded he drop out of the race (that's he's not yet in).

Why does Trump get to snipe? But RDS is the sap?

The book deal predated all of this. I just can’t believe how lost you are on this. That was the beginning of compromising desantis so that he would fracture the party. This is not an intention if desantis. It’s the intention of the people who don’t care about hkm at all. The plan is destroy both trump and desantis so Carlyle group guy is the next president.

After an obvious stolent election where trump won (sturgs thoughts) there is no sane reason why anyone would run against him in 24 when he’s clearly still the preferred candidate for R voters. Taking the book deal is the precursor to a presidential run and this was even before the 22 election. I’m not sure what else to tell you. Desantis has made it clear for a LONG time he was going to run because the problem that gave him his book deal money most likely made it a part of the deal.

Sure call me crazy. You wouldn’t be the first to say it in this forum.

It’s hard to understand how anyone can think in modern America that a person with desantis record on social security and Medicare can win a general election. It just can’t happen. The people pushing Desantis to run know this all too well. The uniparty is killing two birds with one stone.

And to repeat. Desantis HAS TO TAKE THE DEAL. Family first.

seems like your changing your argument in real time.

and seems like you have no proof

and also... if the suggestion is that RDS is compromised by the money he is getting from some certain people... I have bad news for you and your preferred candidate

Me personally? I choose to believe RDS was an enormously popular and consequential public figure (not boring and irellevant as you claimed.). I believe post covid, he has a story to tell that people will pay to hear. And I believe he is seizing that opportunity to make money. I believe there are publishers who agree and wanted to get in on that

But you yourself were highlighting how great it will be to have RDS running in 2024.

I ask you again why should he step down for the 80 year old cry baby?

That would be quite a beta move... and we don't need people who step down for others (see. Fauci, Anthony) anymore

Yes when trump is no longer the obvious candidate. I was hoping he’d be vp for 4 years and then take over after trump did all the ugly dirty work. Alas, that plan was thwarted by the murdocks.

"not agreeing with the socialist liberal position is a strategy that simply cannot win an election"

i want leaders who do the right thing even if its unpopular... social security and medicare are disasters... as I've explained 10 million times to you... someone has to solve the issue before the collapse on their own (which appears to be the trump strategy)

meanwhile... Trump is such an amazing leader, strategist, and statesman, that he is actively trying to remove who would be his most powerful ally from his elected office
