Agreed. Touki is the special arm. That type of velocity and spin rate is rare.

Based on this small sample size, Travis Dean is a horrible outfielder. Twice badly missed cutoff man with rushed, wild throw and crashes into fence without the ball -- which hit the back of his glove. But this time he hit the cutoff man!
