    If Newk could consistently get that pitch up in the zone, I suspect we would see a lot of this:

    That guy had zero chance of touching that pitch.

    There are very few people in the game that can get on top of the pitch that K'd Stevenson. I try not to get too excited about Newcomb. He's got some quality parts, but some assembly required.

    ...but less assembly required if he's just going to pitch the eighth or ninth.

    Meanwhile, Ynoa is starting to look like a horse. I'd like to see the pitch data on that slider. That was impressive.
