I mean Ender went on the list the same day my fiancée and I had our baby and we just came home today.
He's on paternity leave
When we had our kids they didn't let the husband be in the room so the wife could curse him freely. The husband stood in the waiting room, passing out cigars. The husband left for work as soon as the kid came out. And we liked it!
