Context: During the review, Chip said that if umpires are forced to make split-second decisions on calls, then managers should be forced to make split-second decisions when deciding to challenge a call.

In no way, shape, or form does that make an ounce of sense. And it might just be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard released from Chip’s vocal orifice. And that’s saying quite a lot.
