97 on the black for the K. Btw, does anybody know of a site that shows extension to the plate for pitchers?

A lot of baseballs pace of play issues would be resolved if every pitcher operated like Muller.

That’s the Braves pitchers ranked by release extension, and 6.25’ is roughly MLB average.

The only Braves pitcher with notable extension is Anderson, who gets roughly 1.2 mph added to the perceived velocity of his FA.

The Braves seem to have several prominent pitchers with poor extension, which is making their velocity play down. Smyly and Newk lose like a full mph off their fastball due to lack of extension.

Nice pitching. That inning looked like a disaster ready to happen.

The first two at bats he left the ball in the middle of the plate for those outs. The last at bat was really good.

Why is Adrianza on the team? This bench is a complete failure, the amazing April not withstanding. And we all knew it was going to be a problem before the season started.

5 shutouts in 12 games. I think these guys are finally pitching like their history shows they should.

It’s time to fix the offense. Somehow, we’ve got to get another decent bat.

Mets, Marlins, Pirates, Marlins gets us through to the ASB. If they don’t get above .500 here, they may never.

Way early, but what's the cheap seat appraisal of Muller to this point? Good results, but it's the first time through the league.
