    Whether or not it happened or not is moot unless you can prove it happened, and that's where more of the grey area is.

    But aren't you going to end up in court to determine whether or not it happened? That's my point, whether they can successfully sue you isn't the point, it's that you might end up in court anyway.

    Could Hadeed not simply provide Yelp with all their customer data on file to verify the negative comments?

    Never used Yelp all that much. Do they require you to put in a time frame for the incident you are commenting about?

    That might be the way out of this. Hadeed could provide information to Yelp and Yelp would remove any fictitious reviews. I still can't figure out why people are so reluctant to post their names next to their criticism.
