I still think smith is a good player. He's just not worth the money or the draft pick. I'm not advocating cutting him. But I do think you have to look a playing match ups more.
On the other hand....Snit is the manager. So maybe it's best he uses the better players in higher leverage situations.
Just know you need to be up 2+ in the 9th.
I trust smith saving a one run lead more than I trust twit trying to play matchups. Just saying.
