This is just a preview of playoff baseball. The team is good. Missing Acuna probably makes them not good enough to really compete for anything but an early exit. But what we do see is our manager not doing the one job a manger should do. Put his players in the best situations to win. Twit is not only a dinosaur he is just dumb. I have a feeling, he just latched onto baseball because he had no other discernible skills. Unfortunately, the team is good enough to win inspire of his ignorance and unwillingness to learn. So here we are stuck with a bafoon for the next few years while our competition windows closes. Just like a repeat of the Bobby Cox era.

The Braves at full strength aren’t on the Dodgers level. I think the series last year was sort of fluky in the sense that the Braves were in control of it. In the end the better team won. There is nothing to suggest the Braves can hang with the Dodgers now.

I agree the dodgers are better; but last 12 games between them, dodgers lead 7-5. Braves have held their own

Strange to go from "sell, sell, sell we have no chance" to demanding a World Series.

I'll be pretty happy with just the playoff appearance. Don't have to beat the clearly better Dodgers to feel good about the year.
