Tomorrow will be Dirty Sanchez with Smyly and Touki likely piggybacking. Good plan. What happened to Snit?

Duvall is 2 homers behind Tatis for the NL lead. Duvall is also 6 RBI ahead of Arenado for the NL lead.

Good thinking, but I think that only brings him up to .260.

Duvy don't need no stinking base hits. Duvy go downtown.

damn. Well, he might as well go 4-4 every game with four home runs!

I think the opposition has tried, but he swings anyway.

That’s advantage Braves in two of the three games. Nice.

If he got a hit every at bat the rest of the year, could he win the triple crown?

If he went 50 for 50, he'd get to .303.

It's almost like AA gathers up notes for a month, and then has a sit down with Snit to jerk the roster usage back onto the rails when Snit allows it to get out of hand for a while.

Doubt it sticks... Chavez or one of the relievers will be "cruising", and snit will ride em too long

Since I don't have an MLB package and live out of state, I often rely on Bally's replays to watch the Braves, when they aren't blacked out. These are edited down versions of the game just played, to fit into the 3-hour time block. If the game takes a long time, they are often extremely edited. They usually do a good job with the edits, showing the innings where scoring takes place, but this one was pretty bad. They showed top 1, top 3, top 5, after the go ahead runs scored, bot 5, and then skipped to the top of the 9th, bot 9. They didn't show AZ's scoring at all, and they didn't show the go ahead runs in the top of the 5th. At least they showed Duvy's mammoth HR.

What if all those 50 hits were HRs? Imagine what you could get from Preller or the Phils.
