Unfortunately this is a bit of Snitker-hate overreach IMO.

I don't think anyone's trying to make the point that he's suddenly learning much - the problem is that given his options it's a little unfair to criticize him (or whoever REALLY filled out the lineup card) when he at least got Dansby out of the leadoff spot (where he strikes out over 28% of the time) and (as jpx7 pointed out) he thankfully got Pederson in front of Duvall.
