I'd rather have Walker "I can see your buehler in those tight pants" Buehler on the mound on short rest than another flailing failure against the bullpen.

Yeah, me too. Short rest rarely works. Especially in this, the age of the 98 mph fastball. Velo will drop by the 4th or so, location may be wanting. Look at Urias for precedent.

I told the First Lady it was Buehler on short rest, and she said, “boy, they don’t learn, do they?”

In the event of the unfortunate. Anyone think Max would be ready for game 7 or would they push Urias on early rest?

Whatever is wrong with Scherzer I don't see an extra 24 hours making that much of a difference. He was already on full rest now.

Pen game, and unfortunately, I think it's the best path to them winning

Likely right. Well, we wanted to take 1 in LA and that's what the team did. Winning the series in Atlanta will be nice. We are doing it tonight.

I could see them using Scherzer or Urias for 1 or 2 innings each in a game 7. You worry about the WS rotation when you get there.

In my 40 years on this earth it will be my first playoff game ever in person and it feels so special being able to bring my 8 year old son. They better win!

Lol funny story… my sister in law is Travis Tritt’s first cousin. They invited him to the wedding and he just sent a preprinted congrats card from his publicist. But yeah… dude sucks.
