These are the names that ESPN published a while ago. Gio's name has an asterisk because he supposedly only received legal substances. The Blue Jays say Melky's suspension was for stuff received by Biogenesis, so they don't think he'll be suspended again. Other accounts differ on this.
Ryan Braun Brewers
Everth Cabrera Padres
Melky Cabrera Blue Jays
Francisco Cervelli Yankees
Bartolo Colon Athletics
Nelson Cruz Rangers
Fautino de los Santos Free agent
Gio Gonzalez* Nationals
Yasmani Grandal Padres
Fernando Martinez Astros
Jesus Montero Mariners
Jordan Norberto Free agent
Jhonny Peralta Tigers
Cesar Puello Mets
Alex Rodriguez
I'll believe this when I see it.
Seems like it would be tough sledding to get suspensions for these guys, or at least to double-dip the ones who've already been suspended. I know that MLB can suspend players without a positive test (cf Jordan Schafer), but it seems like they're asking for a nasty fight with the MLBPA.
Schafer was in the minors though. Much easier for MLB to suspend those guys.
There's a clause in the MLB/MLBPA Joint Drug Agreement that MLB will maintain allows them to discipline players without a positive test. It states that players can be disciplined for "just cause" without falling afoul of the testing criteria.
In my experience, most Joint Drug Agreements are less contentious than this one will prove to be. They mostly go down about like this:

I think it's gonna happen but not sure it's going to be this year. Didn't feel like this a month ago but baseball has really dragged their feet on this. We've heard rumors that this was going to happen before and it hasn't happened yet. If it does there is going to be a long appeal process. You probably aren't going to see anything until next year at the earliest.
I really doubt MLB wants a protracted legal case over this, which is exactly what they'll get.
From what I understand Gio will not be suspended because he isnt directly linked to any sale of PED's from that lab.
Hearing rumors in ny that Arod might plea and get suspended for 150 games. Crazy.
Why would he plea to a worse suspension? That doesn't make any sense.
Hey guys, I want to plead guilty to speeding and agree to spend 3 years in jail.
