It should be acknowledged that something like that could happen anywhere. I don't think there is necessarily anything systemic about this. If it had played out in some other small rural town in Texas the officers might well have reacted heroically. Still, the authorities owe the public the full story. In the least surprising news ever the mom who ran into the school to save her children is being harassed by Uvalse police. Some of you think I am anti police. I just want them to be held to the same standards as the rest of us. This is gang like behavior and should not be acceptable.

Well good news the police investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. In fact they showed "immeasurable strength" and "level headed thinking". Also its the parents faults for being mad they werent dont anything which caused police to have to divert some officers to stop them from helping the kids in danger. Otherwise more cops could have stood around outside the classroom and done nothing.
And apparently theres been no investigation of the mother who went in to get her child who got a call from a cop threatening her with retaliation for speaking to the media. Good to see no one cares about that.
