6/19: cubs game 3 - let's salvage a game

Wright gave up 11 hits and 5 ER Saturday, and the only two guys to get a hit Friday were Acuna and Arcia - would love to know how changing Harris' spot in the order would have affected those things.

just not a big believer in batting order being a huge factor in how guys hit or controlling sequencing. Sure you can point to any one game where if you had two guys who got hits were back to back, then we score more... but that is just circumstance and can't be game planned for.

ETA.. Dansby in the 2 hole sure makes me question my stance though. He has been a difference animal in that spot.. but I just can't fully by into spot in order making guys better crap.

Not sure Dansby's spot in the order is relevant to his recent success. IMO he looks to have eliminated the twitchie front foot in the box. More settled and smoother swing.
