Hindsight's clearly 20-20, but would of brought back Joc over the deal AA gave Rosario. Joc is from Cali though, so may have wanted to stay there.

Really good, competitive series. Nice job winning it. Wish we could have swept.

We tried to give it away and the bottom of the sixth didn't cost us the game. Shocked, I am.

He said in an interview earlier that there was mutual interest between him and Atlanta but AA told him they had to take care of the FF situation first. And after the lockout ended, things moved rather quick.

Playoff baseball and we took 3/4. Gotta be happy. Now sweep the Dodger$ and assert yourself as defending champs.

Damn. Could have been a sweep if we didn’t punt game two.

Yep. But we also need to acknowledge the Giants choked away last night's game.

I mean we had two walkoff wins, and today we flirted with disaster in a couple innings. Could have easily lost all 4 lol. 3 of 4 is more than fine, that's baseball.

    agree.

I do wish we would have signed joc over rosario just bc joc took a one year deal. said that at the time. That said rosario hit vs the dodgers even w/o working eyes and he couldn't hit vs anyone. so maybe rosario is just the dodgers specialist.

I loved this series. Really impressed with SF. With the new pitching rules Kapler does not make the game unwatchable with pitching changes. The Giants just play good baseball. They do not seem to have studs but they have a lot of good players. Really fun series to watch and not somebody I want to see in the post season.

agree. Feels like we deserved some luck. Early in the year it just seemed to be the opposite and we'd lose 3 of 4.

    Love large sample sizes.
