Man, AA isn't playing around... dude has been ultra-aggressive. I doubt we see Freddy for long but sheesh.

Is he starting tonight?

Nice to actually have a backup IF again.
This will probably be unpopular, but I hate when we do this stuff. He's not going to pitch unless it's a blowout, just like Young last night. So just call Ynoa/Jackson/whoever back up, leave Tarnok in Gwinnett, and let him keep starting. I thought they finally figured out to stop doing this when they realized what a full year in Triple A did for Kyle Wright last year, but I guess not.

Tarnok will be used as a reliver it looks to be.
WOW - Pumped about this.
Tarnok is a personal favorite and think we need to be real patient with him.

Its for one appearance to help the pen - I think we should all expect Tarnok to be optioned immediately following his first appearance.

I like it.
IIRC this is a guy who has stuff that could play up in the pen. Criticism is third pitch to get LH and multiple times through the order. CHange up is the third pitch in question. Really good athlete.
Break him in via the Pen. See what you have. Maybe he continues development in AAA if we think he has high upside. If not, maybe a trade chip.

Just so everyone understands if you’re sent down you can’t be called back up again for 10 days unless there’s an injury or if you’re the 27th man.
Ryan Goins? His .522 OPS in Gwinnett should light up the scoreboard.
I mean...why not? Every prospect called up this year has been an immediate all star, so keep it coming.
Blurb from FG:
"That Tarnok is sitting 95 mph as a starter means he might throw harder in a relief role, which he realistically projects to given the effort of his delivery. It's rare to find a starter with a delivery like this...but given his lankiness, athleticism and arm speed, he might throw 100 mph if he's put in the bullpen."
It seems to me Tarnok is a BP guy who has only been starting to get reps on the off-speed stuff. If that's the case I don't see a problem getting some run out of him this season.
