If I can live in South Texas and not see the problem in 30 years I think I am justified in questioning the severity of the problem. Despite how many Spanish speaking Puerto Ricans are in NY I dont think its as easy for immigrants to establish themselves there.

Where do they say the immigrants are a problem? From what I read they complained about sending them when there's a hurricane about to hit the area and that Governor Abbott didn't coordinate with them so they could be ready for them when they got there.
