Though In snits defense the top of our lineup couldn’t score and the nats got the job done. Offense simply didn’t deliver

The Marlins allowed three hits and five RBI to Eduardo Escobar. They lost 5-4. Escobar is pretty terrible, so that’s not ideal.

Even if by some miracle we beat the dodgers in the division round, we won't be competitive vs the Mets in the NLCS. It'll be cold in NY... we'll hit 45 warning track shots, and they'll single us to death. Brutal loss tonight

He's got something like 24 RBIs this month so he's been pretty clutch for them, at least recently.

Oh no doubt. Swanson and Riley couldn’t hit the G spot on a 12lb pussy at the moment.

Well, that Coors Light experiment ended pretty fast. That’s a plus.

Every time the braves get tied, 1/2 game back, or slight lead, they blow it

The Phillies on have a 1 game lead for the last spot over the Brewers and just lost while the Brewers are winning.

Wish we'd get one or them in WC. Soto is probably going 2019 again in playoffs

    At Bat has...
    Friday: degrom vs fried
    Sat: scherzer vs wright
    Sun: bassit vs Morton

    Did Mets change rotation?

I hope this is correct. I think this gives us our best chance at a sweep (unlikely, I know)

Last I saw Bassit was going Friday against Fried.

Buck announced He’s moved Degrom up.
    Going for the kill.
    Might be for the best.
We lose Friday and we can go ahead and rest some dudes who need it like Riley.
No way we sweep the Mets which is what we have to do to win the division.
    I hope im wrong.

If we win 2 it’s tied with 3 to play. A sweep is asking too much. Mets have been losing to teams they should beat for several weeks now.

    Not giving up hope yet!

The problem is if we finish tied they win the division because of head to head schedule. We need to sweep.

We’ll see. Will have the crowd on our side. But the Mets in effect are two up.

That crowd **** don’t matter to this team. They’ll piss down the side of their legs and choke it away…last night’s loss is easily the worst loss of the season and has 100% knocked them out of the division.

There’s not one hitter in this lineup that can take over a game or carry this offense during any stretch. When they struggle, they collectively struggle and they sit back and wait on someone else to be the hero. They aren’t making out of the NLDS….period.
