Acuna got hit on the acromion and was nearly killed. Medics were able to revive him after 5 minutes.
Mets game plan.. foul off 100 pitches and get into that sweet sweet atl pen.
Coppy
Good news is when Riley gets in one of these slumps he comes out hot and it lasts a while. Here’s hoping that happens soon
Riley needs to be playing every day but I’d definitely drop him in the lineup. This is getting out of hand fast.
Like there’s no reason to be worried about this at all right?
I’m beyond sick of Ronald getting hit.
Acuna will miss some time, just a guess
Pretty sure if I'm Morton, Alonso would be catching one in the ribs. They hit our best hitter, we hit theirs.

After a slow start to the season, it’s so nice to see Morton look more like himself. I hope it continues.

No doubt. I hope it is him overreacting, But I can relate to being hit in that location. Just keeping my fingers crossed it hit more muscle than bone. I missed 3 months….. but that was also in the mid 90’s when sports medicine was ****. But I also got hit with a 98 mph fastball
I'm wondering if that pitch hit a nerve. If it did then Acuna's entire arm would feel like it was on fire. Him being on the ground would be totally reasonable.
2 innings....2 double plays
Why in the living hell are we grounding into double plays against this scrub?
