Do we really trust that Twitner knows how to handle Mort properly in the postseason though?? Mort should be max effort for about 75 pitches then pen it from there.

I trust Elder most days, believe it or not, but he needs to never face the Phillies in a game that matters.

He lays a few stinkers here and there against Atlanta, but he mainly dominates us. 2023 Nola has been a shell of his former self, but his stuff isn't all bad. We just love to chase his knuckle curve while most other teams have learned to lay off of it since his changeup and sinker are horrendous.

Agreed, but I’d rather take that chance than Elder against the Phillies.
