Because tax appraisal is usually behind the real value of property. I have a property that's assessed at a little over $100,000 that's now worth between $500,000 to $1,000,000 on the open market.

As I’ve said a million times, the Trump years are a strong argument

for prosecuting routine white collar crime with anywhere near the standard
