I read the opinion the judge wrote. It was very well reasoned and followed established precedent like a trial judge should.

Also, that judge was angry with Fani Willis. It was clear he didn't believe her timeline of the relationship (but there was insufficient evidence to establish any timeline), he was upset with her behavior while on the stand, and he thought she was an idiot for doing what she admitted she did.

Also, this isnt over for Willis or Wade. The judge took a chance to point out she still may have to answer to the general assembly, the ethics commission, and the State Bar of Georgia. When a judge alludes to a bar inquiry, it's bad news.

Wade is more clearly in trouble here. He's pretty much dead to rights having lied to the court in his rogs in his divorce case. But it's not over for either of them.

I agreed with your assessment at the time. I even said there wasn't much there in this case at first..

However, after more witnesses popped up and the GPS confirmed he was staying at her house overnight I just don't think there's any doubt what happened here.

She committed perjury and the judge was too lenient on her.

I wish law enforcement would go after people who make these threats like they go after people smoking a joint. Really tired of that ****. Anyone that does it needs 20 years in prison imo.
