I can tell you the State Bar of Georgia doesn't care one bit whether she's Republican or Democrat. If she violated the Rules of Professional Responsibility they'll go after her.

The State Bar of Georgia is charged with maintaining the integrity of the legal profession in Georgia. They take that seriously.

The prosecution as good as admitted there was no way to show whether Willis actually paid back Wade for everything he bought for her. The judge could seem that enough.

1) Records show they were calling each other 6 times a day and texting each other about 35 times a day.

2) Cellphone pings show that Wade spent the night with Fani several times. He went to her house 35 times

3) 4 witnesses said they were together during this time.

Besides actually catching them actually doing it I don't how much more evidence you need.
