While true, you still want as many good players as possible. Losing Strider isnt good. But if we have them, a top 4 of Lopez/Sale/Morton/Fried is probably better than our 21 rotation. Plus the bullpen is stupid deep. End of the day, playoffs wont matter if the bats go quiet again.

I wasn't popping champagne tops here or anything. It sucks, but I don't cry about injuries.. next man up.

I dont think it ends the season, but like i said. If we dont hit, wont matter what the pitching is.

Thats a big blow for sure. Our big 3 now of Fried, Sale, and Morton are injury risks also so it makes it even more scary.
