Democrats are so ****ed - It will be interesting to see how many inroads we can make into big cities to gain super majorities in both houses.

How much more could Trump give Conservatives/Libertarians.

Is there really a position held that states can’t manage education ?
Ivermectin Man
The only actual arguments to be made for not eliminating the Dept. of Education are generally matters of personal opinion and not ones I’d expect to be popular with this audience. I’d like to see some federal protections against states discriminating against disabled students, but I don’t think the DoE is necessary for that. I’m fine with its elimination, and hope states protect vulnerable students themselves.

Key - We need to fix not just Mexico but also Central/South America.
Its a damn shame the globalists stole the Brazilian elections but that will be fixed in time.
There is no reason to have so much **** in these nations.

I can’t remember where the discussion of this was previously, but this is so ****ing insane man. Sending US citizens to another country for committing crimes seems like one of those things so blatantly unconstitutional that I can’t believe it’s even being considered. And it also seems insanely illegal to deport migrants to another country that they didn’t come from to be imprisoned.
Seems like an awesome deterrent to committing crime. Not sure what is illegal about it - They aren't losing citizenship status and its either behind bars in one structure versus another.
Which set of laws dictate we can't deport migrants to other countries? What happens when all presidents have sent them back to mexico? Broke some abstract internaitonal law that means nothing?

That pesky bill of rights might have something to say about due process. For instance, how does one exercise their right to visitation if the visitor of that prisoner needs to travel to El Salvador? How does this prison meet the legal requirements to not have detention there be considered cruel and unusual punishment? Is any delay in an appeal due to the incarcerated person being in an entire other nation an infringement on their rights?
What distance limitation are you putting on this to deny visitation rights? 5 miles? 10 miles? 100 miles? Seems arbitrary to me.
What is cruel and unusual about it if they are getting the same treatment they would have gotten in US?
Delay in appeal in the modern day because of distance? Don't make me laugh.

To my knowledge one does not currently need a US Passport to visit their loved ones in prison. Requiring international travel to visit an incarcerated citizen creates barriers to the visitation system that would not exist for other prisoners.
As for the rest, the devil is in the details, I suppose. But I can’t imagine it’d actually be all that cheap to ensure international prisons are meeting all standards or shuttling Americans back and forth from El Salvador for court dates and such.
