I'm guessing more depth. He had a 4.25 ERA in AAA last year and has a career 6.82 ERA in the majors. I guess the one small potential positive is that he has a career 3.98 xFIP. His HR rate is insane though.

Don't read too much into it, Braves beat guys are saying it's just AAA depth.
Thats what it looks like but it still looks odd happening less than 24 hours after Medlens injury.
