Even if BJ was not doing so badly, it would make sense to give Schafer about one start a week against righties. If BJ's slump continues I would gradually increase Schafer's playing time. I do wish Schafer was hitting a little higher in the lineup. With his base stealing ability it is a little bit of a waste to have pitchers bunt him over.
