I think he'll be fine. Assuming he is a plus defender in CF ala Bourn, he should be OK. He won't hit for too much power but he's not Juan Pierre either. He hits about 60% of his balls either as grounders where he should probably in theory lead all baseball in infield hits, or as liners which are primarily hits. He should hit for decent enough average, he walks respectively. He'll never be Mike Trout, but he could be another Bourn
If i was his coach though I'd probably try to convert him to being a left handed hitter if it doesn't hurt him too much. Being 2 steps closer to first is dangerous with someone who has his speed.
