I wonder what is truly up with Graham. Still on a limited pitch count and had a very shaky outing Sunday.

It looks as thought at least half of the Rome starting rotation to begin the season is going to end up in Danville. Wouldn't be surprised to see Camargo have a second go-round in Danville as well if an when Reynolds and Harper get healthy.

All and all, not a lot of pleasant surprises thus far this year. Reyes I and Reyes II are playing well. Meneses looks improved in his second time around in Rome. Gwinnett guys seem to be hitting. I am optimistic about Caratini (especially seeing that he's shuffling between 3B and C). I expected Peraza to do well, and he is. I'm sure I missed a few guys and it's all about development (which often doesn't show up on the stat sheet), so it's not like things should be shuttered up.

People tend to forget that Bethancourt is still only 22. He's a work in progress. Nice to see him get that first dinger. Big kid who could develop.

Even though Braves have cut Brownsten, who was SAL's defensive catcher a couple of years back, I am intrigued by the development of Tewell and Kennelly -- especially with de la Rosa progressing slowly, if at all. Tewell especially seems to have a knack for run production. Gattis strikes me as a guy who will respond well to being pushed competitively -- which is not the case this season, for sure.
