Uggla's 18 homers give me less annoyance than BJ's terrible numbers.

Not the best of days for Julio but it happens to everyone.

Minor ends the first half with the lowest ERA, FIP and xFIP of any of our starters. And I would presume that Julio didn't massively lower his SIERA so he has the lowest SIERA as well.

Great first half from Julio though. I don't think a single person on this board would have said at the end of the first Half Julio would be a better pitcher than Medlen.

Was the shot at Medlen really necessary? You could have easily said Hudson but you choose Medlen. Why? Why not just say "who would have thought Teheran would be our 2nd best starting pitcher?

It seems like Choo oddly has something to prove against the Braves.

Good news, both Justin Upton and Jason Heyward say they should be ready to go when the season resumes Friday.

Well cause Julio has a higher FIP and xFIP than Hudson.

And I picked Medlen cause pretty much everyone expected him to be our best pitcher this year.

Was it necessary, no, just pointing out how great of a job Julio has done.

Medlen had a great year last year but don't think you will see that again..He will probably be back in the
pen soon and they may not be so bad...Time will tell..

I never expected him to do it again. But I still feel like Medlen is disrespected on this board and by a lot of fans in general that have been screaming for his head all season.

Until Jason wakes up with a massive hangover Friday afternoon and sits the game out in the evening.

I still don't think much of Laird's game calling abilities, etc. He hasn't won a start since Teheran's 5-0 shutout game. However, Laird has been better with the bat than expected.

Sorry, I was out late clubbing with the night before with Uptons and J-Hey. It didn't even look like those muscle strains were bothering them at all.

PS: Those guys can really dance.
