    Met's fire their hitting coach

This guy just looks like he's had it...

The Mets have fired hitting coach Dave Hudgens.
It's a bit of an empty gesture, especially considering the lack of talent on the roster, but Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said that he has been unsatisfied with the team's situational hitting and their performance at home compared to the road. Lamar Johnson, the team's minor league hitting coordinator, will replace Hudgens.
