Thanks to MLBTR for this item:

Former Pirates farmhand Cesar Lopez has signed a minor league deal with the Braves, according to the club’s transactions page. The 23-year-old Cuban-born hurler was pitching for the independent American Association’s Grand Prairie AirHogs (0-1, 6.23) prior to this deal. Lopez notched a 4.46 ERA with 10.0 K/9 and 2.1 BB/9 in 42 1/3 innings across three levels for the Pirates last season, though he topped out at Class-A Advanced.
He was assigned to the Rome roster; A.J. Holland was demoted to Danville.

Dave Rohm has turned his season around nicely. Walk rate is still horrific though.

Interesting player, not in the sense that he's a serious prospect, but you just don't see that many 6-4, 225 pound guys who appear to have literally no power. Braves went over slot to get him after he was drafted in the 9th round in 2010 out of Fresno Community College. I read an article about him after he was drafted and if I am remembering correctly, he was at a 4-year school, suffered an injury, and then transferred to Fresno Community College. Played 3B there. His walk rate makes Francoeur look patient.
