Yeah the Braves have a real solid cushion right now.
Not sure what the Nationals/Marlins schedules look like, but the Braves have 36 games left before the break and only 7 of those are against teams over .500 (Wash and Ana). They play last place teams in exactly half of the remaining 36 games. Good time to start padding the win column.
We have been talking about this "tear" the Nats are going to go on for almost 2 years. Color me unimpressed with the whole Nats thing.

And what exactly did that get them? If you don't win it all then it doesn't really matter in the playoffs. Nobody cares if you make it to the LCS or World Series if you don't get a ring.

Three outs on four pitches...looks like their starter is poised to go about 25 innings tonight.
All three of those could of been hits if hit a foot farther away form their 2B. Especially for BJ and Freeman.
