When you have an average manager, you will never be more than, well average.

Where do you guys rank him?

For me I believe he is 16-17 just because he has a good team around him more than anything. There was a reason the Marlins fired him.

Things like batting Bj 2nd and playing Uggla at all are examples of his weaknesses. His bullpen management is suspect at best. Other than that he is a good manager.
