With the way replay has worked out with managers delaying the game so someone can review it to signal to him wether to challange it begs the question why not have an official reviewing every play in between plays and if he thinks he needs more time on close plays he can signal a stop in play while he reviews the closest calls. Obviously not every play needs to be reviewed but a lot of close calls can be reviewed before the next pitch. The announcers do it every game.

The system is far from perfect, but it's only year one. I think baseball will improve on the replay system in the coming years.
