Buchter wins his first game. The Rodrigo Lopez trade pays off big time.

Heroes tonight are Buchter and Jaime. Dominant big league debuts in huge situations with an odd strikezone.

    Melvin's walk was massive. A Laird-like contribution.

Listen I'm glad I was wrong on this one. The rest of the bullpen really stepped up and picked up Kimbrel. And I don't know why, but Fredi decided not to use Walden in the 8th tonight and it paid off and consequently had him available to close. Good debuts for Jaime and Buchter. And now with Teheran on the mound, you get be guaranteed of leaving Washington in first place.

Harper. I only wish L'il Bryce had had the cojones to charge the mound against Julio last year. He'd still be on the DL. Oh, wait . . .

Funny thing is, the folks that were dying to say this would have been the loss that will sink the Braves, won't say this is the win that propels us

Stras has a bit of the bitch in him when he sees the tomahawk.

They'll just say they have this fetish of having the braves prove them wrong.

With Rizzo firmly seated and the players he's signed, this franchise is doomed.

We all knew they would freakin' sweep us again, though right? It's the way we lose. We find new ways to lose to these pricks every game.

Just blow the entire team up (via trades, NSA). The entire lineup is made up of mentally weak hitters who shatter at the slightest hint of real adversity. Everyone should be available outside of Strasburg and Harper (if only b/c of his potential).

Harper and Strasburg are the 2 biggest head cases on this team.

In the credit where it's due department: begrudging respect to the Nationals for playing "The Rains of Castamere" in the 12th inning.

On the other hand, WHO JUST GOT STABBED IN THE UTERUS TONIGHT, BITCHES?!
