No. That is a little league myth.
actually it depends on what umpire you talk to. some have different interpretations of the rule. but it needed conclusive evidence to overturn and there was none
Nice play by CJ either way.
Will it be overturned? I haven't seen a replay angle that looks conclusive so will hope for the best.
Glad it was upheld. Probably the best defensive play I've seen from CJ and in a big spot, no less.
I'm surprised we got that call, I guess the tie doesn't go to the runner when the call on the field is out.
