It has been embarrassing. They have just quit. One of the most horrific examples of lack of professionalism I've witnessed. I think Fredi should be gone (I won't join in the rag-a-thon), but these guys are still being paid to play baseball and not simply go through the motions.
I get the fact that they are being paid to play however they are athletes that want to win and I think they have realized that they can't win with FG so they have quit to try ensure that FG is gone after this year. The manager is suppose to manage a team so they have the best opportunity to win and I think as clear as it is to us that FG doesn't do that it is even clearer to this team.
They see the bone head decisions he makes on a daily basis from BJ leading off to leaving CK in the bullpen in the playoffs last year. The list could go on and on. I know as well as the players that every manager makes bad decisions but FG makes head scratching decisions on a daily basis.
