Have you tried the contaption that puts you upside down? As we get older, our spine contracts. Being upside down helps stretch the spine out.
And back extension exercises.
Go get one of those fitness balls.
Lay on it with your back on top and your body weight balanced so that way you're doing a backwards arch. Lay like that for 5 minutes a day.

Yup got an inversion table. Helps but only temporarily. I've had mri's that showed degenerative cartilage surrounding my 13 & 14 vertebrae
Have fitness ball and a styrofoam roller (used for arching the back) both work like the inversion table, I feel great for an hour or so and then it just tightens back up
Back replacement surgery.

The down payment is low, but the interest rates will kill ya.
Are you saying ill owe backed interest?
My trick is I take a lot of vicodin. I havent slept a full night in forever since sciatica entered my life.
And I don't take pain meds not even a advil or tylenol for me
