    Ted Cruz

Already starting torpedoing Rs chances of maintaining this "wave"

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...for-the-inter/

Seriously, Ted Cruz is either too deeply in the pockets of his Telecom donors, or too stupid to understand net neutrality. Either way, fighting net neutrality is a great way to get the entire youth vote to show up and vote against you.

    Reps don't care about him.

He is the Palin equivalent of a male, but the Dems are hoping the Reps follow him.

    They won't.

Cruz or someone like him will play well (at least in the beginning) in the 2016 Republican presidential sweepstakes.

There's a lot of noise surrounding Huckabee right now.

As per on-doing net neutrality, it's one of those "be careful what you wish for" things. I don't think Cruz is thinking clearly on it.

If I work for Ted Cruz I'm begging him to change his name to Marco Rubio and start over again. Stick to issues, like immigration, where you actually possess qualifying credentials, and toe the party line on everything else. He's a show-boating maverick that edges further toward obsolescence everytime he flaps his lips.

    He's painful to follow.

Also, kudos to Obama for adding net-neutrality to his bucket list, as it is absolutely deserving of intense public discourse, but after his FCC rubber-stamped massive telecom consolidation this year I'm highly skeptical of any consequential movement in the right direction anytime soon.

They are not like Dems on following idiots.

They have been Palintized. A lobotomy that paid dividends.

Besides, he brings nothing to the table they want.

I've talked to Gov Walker. I told him he isn't ready. He would get ate up in a debate. But he would kick Cruz behind though.

    Cruz isn't taken seriously.

the liberal media propping up Ted Cruz like he embodies the GOP is a joke. Wonder why those same media outlets won't interview Tim Scott? the first black senator elected in the south since reconstruction is a big deal you would think.

What about Fox News giving him major air time and making him the poster child for the government shutdown?

If Cruz doesn't embody the GOP, tell me who is the Republican's Tea Party leader in the Senate? McConnell? LOL

Rand Paul only likes using the TP when it talks about lowering taxes.

Ted Cruz LOVES the TP, seeing as how they helped him get elected and defeat a long time Republican stalwart to win election.

You must have short term memory... as Cruz was Fox News' and right wing social media's heartthrob for his 21 hour publicity stunt to shutdown the government over Obamacare.

Yeah, when did he stop being the fair-haired boy?

He's still very popular with the base in my neck of the woods.

That is why it is called "politics"

He is a loon and the Reps where I am think he is more looney than Palin and that is saying a lot.

The liberal media is throwing Ted Cruz's name out there , so all the undecideds and independents look at him and think he represents the GOP.
