If Fried is the centerpiece... color me unimpressed... there should be a whole lot more coming back than Fried plus lower tier prospects.
Fried was #53 in BA's top 100 before the 2014 season. Kid is 20 and a power LHP. Had Tommy John in August. Here's the snippet from BA:
"Fried has the pitch quality and the projection to become a frontline starter in San Diego. His next step is to challenge hitters more frequently in the strike zone."

The return on Heyward doesn't seem all that bad right now.
I really hope that we are getting rid of Johnson in this deal as well. We should have gotten more in return for Upton.
