Never anyone Innocent on Death Row

    Yup. Never

If the SC didn't stop the death penalty and commute them to life, all 3 of these men would have died.

I've done a 180 on this issue. Used to be strongly in favor, now I'm strongly against. Although of all the issues going on, it probably doesn't crack my top 10 in changes.

Watch this sometime. It'll make you rage.

It's one thing to be misidentified but this stuff goes on all the time. People in our law enforcement and judicial system basically murder people and take away their lives on a daily basis for nothing more than career advancement.

It's amazing that people don't think that racism is an issue in America when 70 years ago this happened. This happened in my grandparents lifetime, shortly before my parents were born.

People who were 18 when MLK was shot haven't even reached mandatory retirement age. So all the young dudes who were anti-civil rights in the 60s and 70s... well, they are still around and they are of the age where many are in positions of power.

Now, many people have grown and moved on with their lives, but pretending like all that stuff happened in a different epoch is pretty wishful thinking.
