Old #22 versus new #22 bet

thewupk and I are going to bet on which player has a higher on base percentage for the 2015 season. I am taking Nick Markakis and he is betting on Jason Heyward. I propose a 25.00 dollar straight up bet. Only qualifier is that both players reach a certain number of plate appearances.

I agree to this. 400 plate apperances sound fair?

Sure 400 plate appearances is the requirement. Higher on base percentage wins.

Wouldn't bet against a player in his walk season. Jason is playing for a lot of money.

I still say it's a coin toss. Markakis I think is a lock for a 8.5% walk rate. Heyward for 10.0% walk rate. Will depend on batting average for both players. I think Markakis should hit .280 or higher. Heyward will need to hit .270.
