Not to mention the post he made on Twitter following his dad's firing.

Hart is probably a decent poker player.

Do I think it was the reason he was traded? Absolutely not, Wren was a pretty decent prospect who I think had a nice future in Atlanta, playing CF once B.J. left, but I think it was of best interest to Kyle, the Wren family, and the Braves that he was traded and given a shot to prove his status as a Top 20 prospect and not because his Dad was a GM at the time of his selection.

I saw no mention of that tweet anywhere. Only Wren son tweet I saw was the one his other son did after the Heyward trade.

Exactly, that was Jordan who said something about the Heyward trade. Kyle was the one who posted something right after his dad was fired (which I can certainly understand)

You're exactly right Rico! Kyle certainly (in my eyes) had a future -a bright one at that- in our organization, which at the time (and still to a certain extent) lacked a true CF prospect (unless you view Cunningham as one) to take over once B.J. left.

Are you sure you're not thinking of one of the other Wren brothers, possibly Jordan who did respond on that issue? I don't recall anything about it from Kyle Wren nor did any sites or writers I'm aware pick up on it either. I would find it odd they'd pick up on Jordan's response and totally ignore Kyle's if there was one.

Again, as I stated above, Kyle's tweet was in response to his father being fired. Jordan's was in reference to Heyward being traded.

Jordan was responding to more than that IMO. But OK, I just find it odd that Kyle could tweet that without it making news somewhere.

I didn't say that, I just thought you might be mistaken and thinking of another Wren. I thought you had maybe meant Jordan at first though as I was aware of it. But I wrote asking you that before seeing your reply to Zito on the same subject.

It seems he is saying it was deleted shortly after Kyle was traded to the Brewers, which also struck me as odd. I mean that it is odd that such a tweet would last that long after Wren was fired and yet none of us, Braves forums, sites, writers even made note of it? I would think even blueagleace1 would understand why I'd think such odd. But that shouldn't be taken as me doubting his honesty because I like him and believe he is a honest poster.

I just find that such a tweet was not picked up on as newsworthy anywhere odd, that is all.

I apologize for coming across as a douche bag, and I certainly see how it seems odd but I am positive he did indeed send out a tweet in reference to his dad's firing. Again, I apologize for the smart a$$ comment.

If this was fantasy baseball then it would Mae sense to keep Kyle Wren.

But for that kid's sake it was in his best interest to let him go somewhere else where he could just play ball. I think that was more of a case of the Braves doing him a solid and letting get removed from the situation. It's pretty obvious that the kid would be affected by the team firing his dad.

Exactly, it was in everyone's (Kyle's, the Wren family, and the Braves) best interest that the two parted ways.

Well, one thing I can say about the current regime is that certainly none of them would risk putting the organization in such a awkward spot by drafting his own kid.
