It's about Paul Snyder and Roy Clark. JS just got out of the way and let them do their jobs. For somega reason that philosophy was changed in the last few years. Glad we are getting back to that.

If y'all want "Youth" here's a signing along those lines:

Braves have signed 16 year old Mexican RHP Carlos Arturo Lopez.

I'll never forget that game. Holy brainlock Batman! I've never seen anything like it since.

As for the video clip, gotta love #12's reaction. Perfect WTF shrug.

Or the game where Adam took a slow chopper halfway down the line, slowly jogged to first base and got beat to the bag by a hustling Nick Johnson?

I don't recall him even jogging to the bag. I thought he looked to second and just froze. At any rate, it was an awesome brainlock.

Good players probably double-down and work even harder after a trade. Can't wait to see if Jason lets Mark McGuire tinker with his swing. Could be very sad to watch if he does.

It would be tough for McGwire to tinker his swing from LA.

That's where Jason will be standing at the plate if he backs up any farther.

I like Adam, but when he retires it's going to be like one of those Bill Brasky SNL sketches.

"I remember one time Adam LaRoche forgot how many outs there were!"

"That's nothing. I remember one time I was at a game where Adam LaRoche forgot he was on a baseball field and thought he was playing badminton. He swung his glove at the baseball, then carried it over to the umpire and said, 'Your Majesty, I'm afraid something is wrong with this shuttlecock.'"

    "TO ADAM LAROCHE!"

    *everyone drinks*

"I once slept with Adam LaRoche's wife. He actually caught us in bed together."

    "Was he mad?"

"Nah. Turns out he had forgotten he even had a wife."

    "TO ADAM LAROCHE!"
